"On behalf of the Creative Edge Nutrition board of directors & our management team, I would like to proudly say that we have finalized and ratified the Hemp Technologies Inc. deal. We utilized our 90 day due diligence period as it was in the best interest of the company," stated Bill Chaaban, President & CEO. "We believe the Hemp Technologies acquisition will be instrumental in the development of our global vertical integration model for Industrial hemp growing, processing, distribution and sales in numerous industries including but not limited to food, textiles, beverages, automotive and building materials. The addition of Hemp Technologies team members has led to many introductions in the global hemp and cannabis field."
To address many shareholder inquiries regarding our pre-license inspection, to reiterate we have provided legal notice to Health Canada regarding our readiness for both sites (20 North Rear Rd and 135 North Rear Rd). We patiently await Health Canada inspectors.
