More seriously, I am surprised they filed their 10K today, as I incorrectly thought (and predicted here) that it would never happen. It appears they intend to try to keep things going for at least another quarter. I would have thought they would have felt a need to account for some of the issues raised by JB in his settlement with the OSC, such as the illegal distribution of shares. They seem to be pretending they weren't booted off the OTCQB. They didn't bother to mention that they've abandoned their patent application. JB's compensation looks pretty healthy, even without accounting for the shares he sold.
