Hoota - No Way Baltia will be flying to St Pete on a scheduled flight anywhere near October 1.......or in the month of October, 2014, for that matter.
On the other side of the Atlantic, the Russians have to sign off on the final paperwork......projected to take 30 to 45 days AFTER BALTIA RECEIVES ITS CERTIFICATE FROM THE FAA.
Yes, I still believe that route will commence in 2014, but much later in the year (like sometime in December) than you are expecting.
On the plus side, Pulkovo finished a 3 billion upgrade last November - so the Russians are anxious to get more flights in and start recuping some of that capital expenditure. This should work to Baltia's advantage, and perhaps move the final approval on their side along just a tad bit faster.
