3 cent ask thinning again

It's real thick in the high 2's, very thin in the low 3's then it's mid 3's NITE and CSTI at .035. Look at how this thing trades in the few moments that there is only a little bearish manipulation. It's only lunch time though so we have to see if the bears are just holding back for the final hour of trading again for the raids and fake trades in between bid and ask.
