Yeah, some big time miner, eh?! Under that small miner exemption, he'd be lucky to get 100 ounces of gold, as .01 opt from old placer sand is about par.
Hoff claims to have purchased one of the claims from Bayou, but who cares whether Hoff, Lowe, Auvek, or Orion are listed on the
BLM site, the claims have no value anyhow. The report that Bayou had done years ago is a freakin joke, though we only have seen a few of the pages. It used the services of two known crooked assayers, and the geologist, who's name may have been given,(I don't recall for sure, and am too occupied with other things to bother to look again) is likely no better.
Sorry, Randy. but your gig is up. There is no way you will ever con anyone into buying shares in your scam, or attracting any partners. There's nothing in that Oatman sand but some scattered placer gold, not worth going after. You have no lode claims, which is what was mined in the area near those claims.
Hoff, all you do is blow smoke. You aren't even a good conman.
