There was a time MDBX was on the prowl for JV's and acquisitions, RIGH was square in the bullseye as MDBX wanted 'testing' under their umbrella. To the best of my knowledge, MDBX never did fill that square. I have no idea if they remain on the hunt, but Bud-G would make a tasty snack for a company with the pockets of MDBX. However, the chances of a partnership of that magnitude are remote, as I believe Angel has all intentions of continuing to build and grow the BGMT/BUDG brands. A partnership with RFMK I don't see in the cards either, simply because all RF's current commerce I believe is vapors. Trying to think in more linear terms, what would compliment the BUD-G, and especially the BGMT (technology) brands is tough, as their are few attractive companies currently operating in this space.
