Does anyone think the CEO for Toyota was worried about Hyundai or Kia's market share in 2004? Not really. Do you think the CEO is concerned now..10 years later? He probably is losing sleep over it. Point is, make a good product and have great customer service. In the long run, you will dominate whatever market you are in.
