I would suggest that your pointing to the share changes as as "burning questions" is a distraction from the real question as to what's standing in the way of processors #2 and #3 profitably running at near full capacity.
Share games are a non-event and don't point to whether shareholders will see their money back. Whether or not the processor can turn feedstock into something of a higher value...now that should be a burning question in every shareholder's mind.
