I've seen this before
they know what LPC is planning w/AMBS - same as ELTP and NVLX
LPC's strike prices of $0.12 / $0.18 will easily triple and quadruple in 3Q14
GC wants a share friendly RS, aka "Financial Engineering"
average up Longs - were in for one hell of a ride...
