the problem there is i did sit for a couple of months on bid (100 shares
at 2 separate price points above 11.00) to say nothing of not having
bids shown ..

and was *CONsistently* bypassed

that is why i finally wound up hitting the ask @ 14.00 for 200 shares
on 5.13.14

sometimes *luck* enters .. we both know when the patent was issued
and the algos in place *sourcing* so NITE's 3400 + size could go *poof*
