I do not see it that way *of course*.
But that doesn't mean I don't see it as a positive development.
Rather than this being "a totally classy move" (by JB I assume is what was implied), I see it as those who will bring this company forward doing what was necessary.
It might indicate that Mr. Heddle is more than a paper CEO.
It might indicate that there are new kids on the block who are willing to move the company forward, but made this a condition of being involved.
In any case, I don't think JB did this out of anything more than self-preservation and preservation of the value of what remains many, many shares.
