I think the only thing the company is concerned about is which of the many ways they have at their disposal they choose. I may be able to help them with that decision in a few weeks.
There are some bids out there but there could be more if you wish to get shares before the meeting. I don't know what the situation will be after the meeting but I do know if you were to bid $14.00 and get filled it would still be only 7 cents per share. Don't say I didn't tell you.

Woody. First of all they know what causes children now, I don't know if it's legal but if you could sell the kid and buy it back after the meeting. Maybe not. Don't take the chance.
