For those who are confused or just mindlessly dithering about Bordynuik's JBI stock holdings, its easy enough to read the recent DEF14C filing for an up-to-date share count, minus the preferred of course, which have now been returned to the company treasury and retired. (link below)
Far from being dishonest or merely self-interested, it appears that Bordynuik continues to return shares and options that are in the best interest of shareholders and the company.
Over the years he has returned in excess of 30 million common shares. Today we learned that he returned and retired his super voting rights.
