If they had the molds, wouldn't that mean CEN owns the intellectual property associated with them? Or pending the completion of the deal with HT.
The composites are a product of Composite Innovation Centre, a not-for-profit organization out of Manitoba that is focused on the development and commercialization of composite materials and technologies. They designed the composite in partnership with private and public companies.
The Kestrel project itself was called Project Eve and was a consortium of Canadian companies and the government, all contributing different parts and components to the car.
I don't know how it is not value added to have this product whether it is owned outright or shared intellectual property.
