...or simply wait until the interference patterns on your TV stop telling you that the stock will be taken down before you buy more. It's not trading to wait until you feel you can get a better price.
Certainly there's also no shame in selling a stock you're certain will go down regardless of the reason. If someone labels you a "trader" but you've saved money, what's wrong with that??

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
