I don't know if you or anyone else, noticed, but after the close the B&A always goes to .12 or .13 and .50 or .55. During the course of most any given day, I think that's pretty much where one or more are actually trying to buy, while whomever else is trying to sell the other.
In any case, it would appear the MMs have made up their minds or have had it made up for them, due to such a tight float. So if you're selling, you're probably not gatting anything much above .13, and if you're a buyer, you're not getting many below the .50 - .55 mark.
