I have two problems with that question.
1. The TA is open. Just because we have no clients doesn't mean it is not open.
2. Who said it was abandoned? Just because he is not actively marketing it means it is abandoned? I alone have sent him two clients. If it was my company I would wait and use the brokerage money to fund advertisements.
