Selling shares for personal enrichment is their prerogative, it doesn't make this a scam, it makes it a clusterfuck fledgling business that PRd in 3/2013 way ahead of it's actual readiness to be in business IMO. They are a real business, IGrow gets delivery 
If the contracts are real, assuming they are, they sold Vaporware package which btw still doesn't exist. It's the intent that makes makes it a scam or not, and I have no idea what the intent was. Did they intend to prematurely release by over a year? I really don't think so. Maybe BBIO has a product they can license for premature release of news.
