The pumping is working really well right now isn't it.  If there are people here getting paid to pump the price up, then they definitely should seek another line of work!  I can tell you that the fellas over on IHub are woikin overtime the last couple of weeks trying to drive the price down.  At the moment, they are doing a much better job of manipulating the price of TECO than the "pumpers" you speak of.
