$VMGI - According to the terms of the MOU, Beautyject has granted to PSC exclusive distribution, sales and marketing of its needleless beauty products for North America. PSC shall be responsible for handling all sales and distribution through infomercials, TV commercials and other direct marketing methods at PSC's cost.
