My subjective take on that audio-video is the town council, they guy sitting next to the mayor was doing his job as a lawyer...I saw nothing that represented a negative and a letter was to go out to state they rec'd received the zoning package...that was all. Sounds like ppl doing the jobs they were hired to do.
