That is an outright lie because  REVOCATION IS NOT AN OPTION AT THIS TIME. . How many times must the truth be posted on this board for the misinformation to stop? I mean this is getting absurd. Perhaps you should hash this out with Janice as she  confirmed the PROPER CHANNELS AND PROCEDURE TO TAKE PLACE BEFORE ANY REVOCATION CAN OCCUR .... GTGP will have a  4 MONTH WINDOW BEFORE A HEARING WITH AN ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE TAKES PLACE TO FILE WHATEVER FINANCIALS NEED TO BE FILED.

OK, so you also heard about that upcoming NOTICE OF REVOCATION against GTGP that will be issued by the SEC?

How did you find out that it was going to be issued this week?

I will repost as a refresher and to prevent further spreading of lies.

SEE TRUE INFORMATION ON PROCEDURE BELOW

As it was confirmed, GTGP has 4 months to comply before a scheduled hearing with an admin. law judge would take place . ( mind you that NONE has yet been scheduled as we speak) This leaves GTGP with plenty of time to file their requested  financials .

So any talk of imminent revocation is all talk and nothing else for the moment.

Thanks again for confirming this Janice.

Yes, they'd have four months to comply in advance of the hearing , as you now say.

In reality, what most companies do is propose a timetable for compliance in their response. It's up to the SEC to accept it or not, or to make an alternative proposal.

Doesn't happen too often; most delinquent filers don't fight revocation.
