Exactly this. It was the last bit of the 10Q, and the first we had heard that it wasn't a done deal.

I don't think there is smoke or fire here. I'm just curious what is going on to cause the delay, or if it's finalized.

As an investor in a publicly traded company, it's a very fair question.
