Yup, Mr. Hunt was on his way out before he sold a lot of his shares just before the suspension. Not really new news, but, glad to see the official pr on it. In my opinion, this is exactly what is needed is to pull out all of the tainted weeds, so to speak, and re-structure and move forward with a CLEAN slate. It breaks my heart to see the break up of a company which I became so attached to in many ways....but, having grandkids, I understand growth and changes must happen. So far I think Marco is doing what must be done for PHOT to survive and prosper. JMO GLTA
