But what are you defining failure as? In March they were looking like heroes then the permit issues which were probably out of Hollunds control and now he doesn't deserve that money because the present status of the company has be labeled a failure? I think that's a bit harsh and unfair because we don't have all the facts yet. I wouldn't say the company is a failure, I would say they haven't produce much yet. JMO
