RIGH. While it's good they were uptiered, it's rather difficult to accept their unaudited Q1 which asserts O/S is unchanged from 12/31/2013 at 29,999,999,468 with A/S of 30,000,000,000:
Q1 2014: "As of March 31, 2014, the Company had 29,999,999,468 shares issued and outstanding."
This from a firm that survives on loans.
In any case, it's predictable the B.O.D. will raise A/S, if they haven't already done so after March 31. A smart move before adding billions to A/S and, thence, O/S.
