Birdys you are spot on! Just checked, 70% of sector is green again today. This is holding firm for 1.5 weeks. Last Wednesday, May 21st, was the sector turnaround date on BIG NY news. Today, as you say, the courts voted smart and will push the sector higher into the summer. California is pushing legislation left and right, which is huge news for BGMT/BUDG...perfect timing for a name/symbol change and a barrage of BIG news!
