Just read on I-dud where the company gave Sheldon Romain a salary of $10,000 per month and 350 million shares of common stock. I'm know I ain't too smart, but why would all these NorthCal consultants agree to these monthly fees if they never expected to get them? They either think big things ahead or they know HIMR cannot come through and they will shortly take over the company-what other explanation is there-I'm all ears if someone can help me out here.
