In re to DUTV: I think everyone knows there is something, but exactly how much & how connected we don't know.

I expect there are extenuating circumstances for the delay of filings. If so, it would be nice to be so advised.
It hasn't happened, but I trust the DD and knowledge I've gleaned thus far and will continue to wait.

I expect everyone to act according to their understanding of the available information thus far and wish all success in their strategy.
