I'll compare McHenry to Immelt when he has established the history of public communications that Immelt has.
At least Immelt was available for public accountablity after his conference call statement.
Availability goes a long way toward establishing and re-establishing public confidence. Something I'm sure Garry would know as an RIT grad.
