Right, but what it is the plan for "keeping them on the payroll"? If the preferreds are for obtaining the brokerage, TA is not functioning / with paying clients, where is the money coming from?

Most of the brokerages on the "Broker Dealer site, are either current but not operating, or are current and operating and big bucks to obtain.  I know this is not the only avenue fo getting a brokerage (Broker / Dealer site), but we need to know more from Matt / it would be nice to know more from Matt.
