Couple things.
1) The license is coming relax
2) Contracts are meant to be broken. Especially by the customer. In sales the customer can switch to another vender at will. They may have a "contract" price on strains but nothing else.
3) The CEO is entitled to a weekend in Vegas. It looked like a working vacation to me. In fact, no matter where Bill goes it has something to do with work. Man...chill...reload....chill....reload..
