it's very clear to me alan .. that *change* re: the OTC is en route

imo it's been in the works since the *arrest* in TX of that *driver*

clearly imo Nite's *glitch* and Penson's implosion were deliberate

my gut (sad to say) tells me that not all <OTC co.s> can be saved ..

i would welcome being wrong .. imo maybe 10 percent (remember my
caveat >> all are prey from the moment the first trade on the OTC)
