Over the weekend i was researching naked short selling and came to the conclusion that naked shorting is not the culprit here. Curious if others agree or if im missing something. EEDG is regularly on the SEC fail to deliver list for relatively small amounts, but it looks like otcbb securities are included in the threshold securities list as reporting companies, and therefore subject to the 13 days to deliver requirement. Is this accurate?
