There's nothing wrong with 'dollar cost averaging', er, uhmm, I guess I should say "share cost averaging". Anything, yes, Anything below $.10 is a bargain, Especially when you consider what Bill is putting together. To those on this board who are frustrated, don't self destruct. In 4-5 yrs this dip, possible delay, re-submission of something having to do with anything in a worse case scenario will not even be a blip on the radar screen of our memory,IMHO.
