Seems the BlackburnNews article verifies the meeting went well. I am very relieved we can lay the "zoning issue" to rest. One last bump in the road will be the town's public meeting, but I don't see much apposition coming from the public sector.
As for the HC inspection. I wonder what the inspector to applicant ratio is and how long it takes the inspector to file his/her findings. It wouldn't surprise me to learn there is less than 10 inspectors, each spending an average of 3 weeks on each inspection? I've read there's hundreds of applications. Depending on where we're at on the list, this could take a while.
