KMAG will be filing a 10-KSB, (the SB means small business), soon, registering shares and filing 2 years worth of financials. We're just waiting on the accounting firm and their peers review. The long wait is almost over. Investopedia explains the 10-KSB, a small cap form of the 10-K below.
