I understand what you're saying but my feeling is that HC couldn't
give a sh----t about us investors and will strictly enforce
stringent government protocol. I base this on the OL adage
"everyone is watching" including big government.
They don't have the luxury one might think to be purposeful
in undermining any aspect of the processes.

It was clearly stated the town of Lake Shore has no previous
experience dealing with the growing and the production of Hemp
and medical grade cannabis. So they themselves are in a bind
to make sure all aspects are covered. And that will be a process
all it's own.

Due to the sensitive aspect of this new industry, I strongly
believe they don't want to step in any manure and bring down an
avalanche of criticisms' on their heads. They'll do the right thing.
