If HC knows they don't have enough suppliers for current demand (hence the injunction) why wouldn't they inspect and approve ASAP so Cenbio can get seeds in the ground? Most competitors are small, barely enough to supply the local neighborhoods. And Thee chocolate factory grows mold (IMO) so what's up w/HC?
