One of the many things I like about the Hangout is the "Unlimited Private Messages"
That said, I called a couple of them. I could not find a reference as to who gets filled first.
In speaking with them, the software Engineers that wrote the Level II reporting software explained to me that it is a "Generic Function" and an agreement across all "Boards"....The first criteria as to who gets filled first is by the "TIME A MM SIGNS IN" and second criteria was the "SIZE OF THE ORDER", If a MM cannot cover the size of an order it will go on to the next....and SO ON, and SO ON.
So Mrkt-Nu-B, I award this correct answer to SlickRic per the Software engineers I spoke with....might want to consider a diferent level II provider
FYI, I just signed up with "Equity Feed" level II...It was their Software Engineers that were Gracious enough to explain it to a guy like me with lots of questions...They even gave me a "Free Trial Month"
