Thanks for the post. There really isn't any need to respond, but a requirement of the company to keep shareholders informed. Just one more reason to refute claims the company is going to subpenny. Management is making some major changes which they would't invest their time in accomplishing all that the SEC form 14, if the plan is to screw their shareholders.

I was hoping the lateness of the 10K and Q1 was due to this change. Apparently my thinking is wrong and we still need the filings. I still think the 10K and SEC form 14 are connected in some way. Very happy to wait to hear from the company.
