Probably the most reasonable foresight I have heard on $ORFG so far.

I think companies like this take time to build. I sat in an oil play for 14 months before it ran. $ORFG is still taking baby steps. Decent news today, but the market is skeptical and volume indicates not many believe the story just yet.

I think once the company closes a deal, any deal, and finally delivers on its promises over the last 6 months, then we will see some price appreciation.
