SKTO and AEGY are share merchants who serve the convertible creditors (related parties and their cronies) with deeply discounted stock they dump on a public market baited by 1) unfulfilled if not fraudulent claims of contracts, mergers, dividends, forward splits, cusip/name changes, acquisitions; 2) a glib patois of false or misleading statements; and 3) fantasy hype. We saw some, but not all, elements of the face of this organized cabal assembled at AVNE before suspension, i.e., IEQUITY, Lotus Capital, Crystal Falls, and Rubicon (Peterson et al.).
