They are two seperate inspections, and as for selling and then rebuying the shares on the cheap....who was screaming that is how it's done everyday....this guy! I guess Tyson Foods never accumulates a huge short position the comes out with a salmonella scare, rides it down , buys up all the cheap shares a day before the ''problem of a chicken beak was found'' and the rides the shares back up and dumps the shares all over again. If there is one thing this country has perfected...it is how to sell fear.
