want to say this drinking, coffee,high on vapes,trading stock, getting ready for an epic ride, is the only way i want to live, now what is key ,is not to do everything every day, like i just took two days off of coffee, one day off of bike riding, but dont over due in one area, how ever i have a hard time following thoses guide lines when it comes to using the plant, that i do every day, but thats what i like about children day so much, i would rather not use the plant, savor the time with the kids, and remember the time with the kids, but use the plant at the end of the day, instead of all day,
