i have ask e-trade how a symbol change takes place, we will here about it first, through a company pr, next its up to the otc, or sec, who ever to choose a date, and push it through, the trick is to get all the papers to the brokers so they can trade, and do not disrupt current trading, and that alone will take a month, i think you will see other news, along with a plan on symbol change,just a poker hunch,
