A word or two about the "high volume". Keep the "price" of the pps in mind also.
10 million shares traded at .003 is the same as
1 million shares traded at .03, which would be
100,000 at .30
10,000 at $3
1,000 at $30
In my opinion, 10 million shares traded at this price is NOT high.
