My opinion is the town council meeting went well in regards to the zoning amendments. I know zoning is a naughty word around here but it's a fact zoning amendments, in relation to the med mary jane act, were discussed at last night's meeting. This has direct bearing on FITX and I believe that's exactly why Bill showed up on site late yesterday. Town hall meeting started at 6 p.m. and, most likely, Bill wanted to make his presence known to the council members.
Perhaps the minutes were made public this afternoon (in hard copy form) and/or someone attended the meeting and began accumulating based on favorable council opinion. As in "we will not have a zoning war as FITX grows larger (more large?) as a company and expands on both sites."
Just my guess from 2000 miles away.
