What complaint did you file regarding fraud? I'm curious.
My own situation: I bought $1400 of CDFT at $0.07, but I was sold 20,000 shares of RSU's instead of common stock. During the time the stock was trading at $0.06, I was trying to leave my position, but I would get the message Citi/TDA restricted from selling this stock, etc. As far as I know, RSU's are only given to employees, how did I end up with RSU's that I could not sell? Can I file a complaint for that? I mean, I'm upset with the situation, but I don't believe this is worth the SEC's time. I mean, I would love to get my money back, but I'm unsure how to follow.
