I purchased an other stock of the same caliber of teco when it was .42.   When I purchased it the had around 40 well producing.  There was news only about once per quarter and the financials.  They were based out of Kansas.  When they had 200 producing wells the price went to 1.36.  Also at that time oil was at 115 per b.  The same stock is now around .70 and last check they have 266 wells.  It dose not make sence but I got out at 1.21 and might get in again at .65.  If they issue a div I would buy and hold.
